McKenzie, I, Dede Jones, will not be in the state Oct 5th, My brother, Mark Braker, parent of Miya & Olivia and his wife will be coming to the Terre Haute "First" - I assume it is at the First Church and not the South-side Church in Terre Haute. There may also be one blue level with his parent coming also. This is their first endeavor to quiz, please coach as needed. [Doug & I are heading to Flagstaff AZ to spend 2 weeks additional time on the Navajo Work & Witness project, Kinlani Church. Thanks

McKenzie, Is there a coaches meeting at 10 am or earlier. I don't remember all details. Thanks Do we bring our own score sheets? I think there are 2 rounds for each level, 15 questions Red Level per round and 20 questions, Blue Lever per round, right? Is there a charge per quizzer? Anything else we need to know?

Hi Dede - all quizzes are at 10:00AM Eastern / 9:00AM Central. That is listed on the Facebook pages and in the SWID Kids Newsletter. Thanks for asking!

Have a quarter sheet of paper so that each coach quizzer has one for each quizzer. Information should include: CHURCH: LEVEL: Red/ Blue NAME of QUIZZER: SCORE OF EACH ROUND: _____ + _______ = _______ # PERFECT ROUNDS: ______ AWARD: GOLD/ BRONZE / SILVER This can be verified with scoresheets [if you wish] AND then sorted by Awards and levels quickly to generate the certificates. It is hard to unscramble the multiple scoresheet data! Just thinking.
